winds of wonder: yoga + sailing the greek isles

yoga, sailing, and self-discovery on the aegean

agean sea, greece
september 12-19, 2026

set sail, breathe deep, come home to yourself

Inspired by the timeless wisdom of yoga philosophy and the vast openness of the sea, this retreat invites you to cultivate curiosity, presence, and a spirit of adventure. Through daily yoga practices and island-hopping journeys, you’ll be guided to explore both the world around you and the landscapes within. Each sunrise, each starry night, and each moment between becomes an opportunity to come home to yourself.

Sunset on the Sea

our journey

Set sail with us on a one-of-a-kind yoga retreat through the Greek Isles, September 12–19, 2026. We’ll begin in Athens before boarding our private catamaran, where the Aegean Sea becomes both our home and our playground. Each day offers a blend of yoga, sailing, and discovery—morning movement on the beach, evening meditation beneath the stars, and afternoons filled with swimming, wandering cobblestone villages, and savoring the richness of Greek culture.

Inspired by the timeless wisdom of yoga philosophy and the vast openness of the sea, this retreat invites you to cultivate curiosity, presence, and a spirit of adventure. Our days will be both grounding and expansive: practice woven with play, stillness balanced by movement, and solitude nourished by community.

This is not a luxury cruise, but rather a cozy, connected journey where the magic comes from shared meals, salty hair, spontaneous swims, and the wind in our sails.

Your adventure begins in Athens, Greece, where we’ll gather before boarding our private catamaran.

Arrival

  • Please book your flight to Athens International Airport (ATH) to arrive on Saturday, September 12, 2026, in the morning.

  • We will have a group airport transfer arranged for participants arriving that morning, taking you directly from the airport to the marina where we’ll board the boat.

  • If you’d like to arrive earlier to explore Athens, we recommend booking accommodation near the Plaka or Monastiraki neighborhoods for easy access to history, restaurants, and sights. In this case, you’ll meet us at the marina at the designated time (details shared closer to departure).

Departure

  • On Saturday, September 19, 2026, after we disembark, a return transfer will be provided back to Athens International Airport (ATH). Please book your departing flight for the afternoon or evening to allow time for travel back to the airport.

Travel Notes

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for your flights and trip.

  • If you plan to extend your stay in Greece (highly encouraged!), you’ll be responsible for your own transfers outside the group shuttle times.

  • Detailed instructions, including exact meeting points, will be sent out as we get closer to the retreat.
